Aeron Systems Secures ₹45 Cr for Deep-Tech Expansion

Aeron Systems has raised ₹45 crore in a Pre-Series B funding round jointly led by Riverwalk Holdings and MGF-Kavachh. The Pune-based deep-tech company develops inertial navigation and industrial IoT-based weather-monitoring systems for aerospace, defence, renewable energy and other industrial applications.

The fresh funding will support manufacturing expansion, R&D, growing customer demand and international operations. Aeron Systems' portfolio includes inertial navigation systems, air data computers, weather sensors, avionics and resilient positioning, navigation and timing technologies, with the company reporting deployments of more than 10,000 inertial systems and 2,500 weather stations globally.
